What your ARCO rights are
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and who we share it with.
- Rectification: ask us to correct your data if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Cancellation: ask us to delete your data from our records when you believe it is not processed lawfully. It is first blocked and then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
- Opposition: object to the use of your data for specific purposes, for example, sending you advertising.
Through the same channel you can also withdraw your consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data.
How to submit your request

- A copy of your valid official ID (INE voter card, passport or professional license) or, if acting on behalf of someone else, proof of representation and both IDs.

- Any information that helps us locate your data, for example, the email you registered with or the service you hired.

For security, after receiving your request we will ask for your ID by email to confirm it is you. Do not attach it to the form.
Timelines
- We reply within a maximum of 20 business days from receiving your complete request.
- If your request is granted, we carry it out within 15 business days after our reply.
- These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified; if so, we will let you know.
- If your request is missing information, we will ask for it within 5 business days and you will have 10 business days to send it.

Exercising your rights is free. Only shipping or copying costs could apply if you request physical copies.
